Where's The Health? May 24, 2020 - We agree. This year has not gone according to plan. So far, 2020 has been a year of chaos and disruption, and we’re not even halfway through it. Gyms are closed, relational connections are down, substance abuse is up, anxiety levels for some are through the roof, relationships are strained, parents are driving their kids nuts and vice versa.
