Description: I provide personalized, compassionate therapy for teen girls, young adults, and women navigating anxiety, trauma, stress, depression, self-esteem, relationships, and life transitions.
My approach is eclectic, integrative, and trauma-informed, meaning I thoughtfully draw from different evidence-informed therapeutic approaches based on each person's experiences, strengths, needs, and goals. I believe meaningful care considers the whole person, spirit, mind, and body. Together, we explore emotional experiences, thought patterns, relationships, and how sleep, nutrition, movement, and daily habits may influence well-being.
I also offer family therapy for parents navigating challenges related to their children or young adult children, including anxiety, difficult decisions, changing relationships, and growing independence. Our work focuses on understanding emotional reactions, developing healthier responses, establishing boundaries, and strengthening connection while respecting each family member's individuality.
