internships

At Sun Valley, we’re committed to raising up the next generation of church leaders. If you feel called to vocational ministry but don’t yet have the experience, training, or biblical education, our internship is designed to help you grow in all three.

Through this program, you’ll gain hands-on experience serving those who serve the church while developing a deep understanding of ministry strategy, culture-building, leadership, volunteer recruitment and retention, budgeting, events, and more. You’ll have opportunities to lead both up front and behind the scenes, equipping you for the full scope of ministry.

We also offer fully accredited Bachelor’s and Master’s degree programs through our partnership with Kairos University, available to all interns. Sun Valley covers 100% of tuition costs, making it possible for students to graduate debt-free.

By the end of your internship, our goal is for you to have a clear sense of how God has gifted you, along with the experience, training, and education needed to take your next step in ministry and your calling.
