At Sun Valley, we believe the Church isn’t a building that you come and sit in, it’s a movement that you choose to be a part of to help people meet, know and follow Jesus. We view church membership as a group of people who have intentionally chosen to be a part of that movement here at Sun Valley!

Members at Sun Valley Commit to

Follow Jesus & Be Baptized

They have said yes to following Jesus and have been publicly baptized after they said yes to Jesus.

Grow in Community

They are actively involved in meaningful friendships centered around God’s Word in a small group.

Give Faithfully

They give faithfully of their financial resources to see the purpose that God has given Sun Valley Community Church accomplished.

By becoming a member at Sun Valley you’re joining a family that’s going to help you and walk with you on your journey as you follow Jesus. Membership at Sun Valley is a personal and spiritual commitment that you make to God and the people who call Sun Valley home to be all in here and join this movement to help people meet, know and follow Jesus.

To become a member at Sun Valley Community Church you must agree to the above commitments and complete the online membership form.

Annually we request that the membership of the church affirm our Board members. The only other time we vote is in the event that Sun Valley Community Church ever needs to appoint a new Lead Pastor, members are requested to affirm the candidate recommended by the Board.
