Ephesians 4 says the role of church leaders is to equip God’s people to do the work of ministry. You don’t have to be perfect or experienced—just willing. We’ll walk with you, train you, and help you grow.

Most roles are once every 2-4 weeks for one hour (or service), depending on the team. You can choose a pace that fits your schedule.
Absolutely. Many people “shadow” a couple teams before choosing the best fit.

In many ministries—yes! Several teams are great for serving alongside friends, spouses, or even older kids and students.
