We would be hopeless in our sin without Jesus. He is our hope because he paid it all. Christianity rests on the truth that we have a Savior. We have been set free from our sin. This includes the penalty of sin and the prison of our sin. Jesus breaks the chains of addiction and we free to be holy! He has turned our hopeless end into and endless hope. Sin has no hold on us.
